1. Who do you work with?
Anyone who wants to feel stronger, move better, or finally commit to their fitness. Performers are our specialty, but our method works for anyone who wants real results without the ego.
2. Do you have a physical gym?
No. All sessions are house calls, virtual sessions, or in app coaching. Some trainers may have access to private or semiprivate gyms depending on availability.
3. Do I need equipment?
No. We work with whatever you have. Your trainer may suggest equipment later, but it is never required.
4. Do you work with kids?
Yes. We train kids, teens, and young athletes in an age appropriate and engaging way.
5. What is included in the free consult?
A thirty minute conversation about your goals, schedule, injuries, and training needs. We will walk you through pricing and match you with the right trainer.
6. Do you train groups?
Yes. We offer duo and small group sessions. Availability varies by trainer.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for twenty four hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with fewer than twenty four hours may be charged in full.
8. How does payment work?
You do not pay upfront when you book. After your session, your trainer invoices you directly. You will always know the cost ahead of time.
9. Do you offer in app coaching?
Yes. We offer custom training plans with progress tracking and regular check ins through the app. Great for travel or busy schedules.
